1st Course
Smoked springbok Carpaccio laced with a Pinot Noir Syrup and topped with sautéed forest
mushrooms

2nd Course
Thai style hake and salmon fish cake, flavored with ginger, lemongrass, coconut cream, thyme,
coriander and green curry sauce.

3rd Course
Watermelon sorbet to refresh the palate

4th Course

Tender beef fillet grilled to your preference & served with a delicious house specialty 10 year old
KWV brandy pepper sauce, topped with a goats cheese medallion that has been coated in
black pepper, Served with potato croquettes & vegetableS
Or
Line fish grilled to perfection, topped with a white wine, shrimp and mushroom cream sauce. Served with basmati rice and seasonal vegetables

5th Course
Sticky fudge brownie served with black cherry and brandy ice cream

NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER 31 DECEMBER 2018

 1st Course
A delicate layered tower consisting of salmon, avocado and tomato salsa, topped with a Japanese
mayo and seaweed caviar

2nd Course
A cheeky little mild Durban style chicken curry sided with a samble salad and poppadum.

3rd Course
Mango sorbet to refresh the palate

4th Course
Fillet grilled to your preference topped with a cranberry, rosemary and port sauce crowned with
smoked springbok and cream cheese served with seasonal vegetables
OR
Line fish grilled to perfection, topped with a champagne, black fresh mussel and basil sauce bound
with fresh cream served with basmati rice

5th Course
Hazelnut crème brûlèe sided with a short bread biscuit ice-cream sandwich
