Crisp fresh Waldorf Salad
Accompanied by MCC

2nd Course
Tender chicken breast marinated in curry spices, pan-fried in butter, lemongrass and ginger flavored
with vegetable stock bound with cream and rolled into a springroll pastry fried until golden.
Accompanied by Rosé

3rd Course
Fillet grilled to Chef’s preference, topped with a mushroom cream sauce crowned with a basil,
port and mushroom pastry served with seasonal vegetables.
Accompanied by Pinot Noir

4th Course
Classic Crème Brule sided by rum and raisin ice-cream
