Thin slice of smoked salmon dressed with olive oil and lemon topped with crisp granny smith apple,
cabbage, carrot and thyme salad crowned with a hot phyllo pastry parcel filled with brie cheese and
mango pickle baked until golden.
Accompanied by Laborie Granche Blanc
Tender fillet grilled to Chef’s preference topped with an italian whole peeled tomatoe, rosemary,
chourizo, sundried tomatoe, white wine sauce bound with touch of cream served with seasonal vegetables.
Accompanied Laborie Cabernet Merlot
Dark Chocolate Terrine served on a burnt orange syrup and crowned with flaked roasted almonds
and dehydrated orange.
Accompanied by KWV Imoya Cognac
