 1st Course
A peach halloumi Amuse Bouche
Accompanied by a shot of frozen peach schnapps to clean and excite the palate!

2nd Course
A trio of sushi cucumber maki, prawn and avocado maki and crisp calamari and sweet chilli maki.
Accompanied by Umiki Whisky

Tasting of Tomatin Whisky
Legacy, 12 year and 14 year

 3rd Course
Tender beef fillet grilled to Chef’s preference topped with a whisky, pepper and mature cheddar
cream sauce served with seasonal vegetables.

4th Course
Dark chocolate terrine infused with nougat and roasted caramelized almonds
drizzled with a sherry syrup
Accompanied by Baileys Irish Whisky Cream Liqueur
