Grilled calamari, sautéed in an onion, green peppercorn, Dijon mustard, white wine,
lemon cream sauce, sprinkled with a sugar praline.

Tender chicken breast marinated in curry spices, lemongrass and ginger bound with coconut cream
served with poppadum and sambals.
Accompanied by Steenberg Vineyards Ruby Rose
Grilled fillet to Chef’s preference, drizzled with a wild mushroom reduction, topped
with sautéed shimeji mushrooms and crowned with truffle infused cream cheese rolled
in roasted almonds served on parmesan mash with a baby spinach, grated beetroot and baked feta salad.

A Lindt dark chocolate strawberry and raspberry terrine topped with red berries.
