1st Course
Salmon maki Amuse Bouche
Classically dressed with pickled ginger, soya sauce and wasabi topped with Japanese mayonnaise and seaweed caviar.
Accompanied Van Hucks Brut Rose MCC

2nd Course
Halloumi grilled served with fresh strawberries macerated in sugar, lemon & fresh mint.
Accompanied by Lyngrove Shiraz Rose

3rd Course
Tender Beef fillet grilled to Chef’s preference, topped with a mushroom port cream sauce, crowned with
fresh rocket lightly dressed with olive oil, sided with truffle potatoe croquette and La Pentola vegetables.
Accompanied by Lyngrove Shiraz

4th Course
Baked apple sponge served with brandy snaps and sided with vanilla pod ice-cream
Accompanied by KWV 5 year old brandy

Fresh Oyster served with fresh lemon and black pepper
Accompanied Van Hucks Brut MCC

2nd Course
An aromatic prawn in a cream curry sauce flavored with thyme and saffron.
Wrapped in phyllo with cheese and baked until golden.
Accompanied by Watsonia Premium White Blend (Chardonnay – Pinot Noir)

3rd Course
Tender Beef fillet grilled to Chef’s preference, topped with springbok carpaccio crowned with
sautéed mushrooms with fresh basil drizzled with blueberries and a red wine and clove syrup.
Sided with sweet potato and butternut styled Dutch beans.
Accompanied by Watsonia Premium Red Blend (Syrah – Pinot Noir)

4th Course
White Chocolate Malva Terrine
Accompanied by Ratafia
